Every PrepUp program combines live expert-led instruction, guided practice, access to PrepUp Studio, and specialized self-paced learning modules designed to reinforce skills beyond the classroom.
- Enrollment is entirely voluntary and based on the learner's independent decision after reviewing the available program information.
- Enrollment is confirmed and final once payment is successfully processed and your place within the selected cohort or program has been allocated.
- Batch allocations are determined by target band requirements and operational planning. Cohorts are limited to a maximum of eight learners to maintain instructional quality and personalized attention. Final allocation decisions are made by the Program Coordinator.
- Late joining requests are not accommodated. Learners seeking admission after a batch has commenced must speak with the Program Coordinator, whose decision regarding admission eligibility shall be final.
- Programs operate within fixed timelines and are designed to conclude on their scheduled end dates. Programs cannot be paused, extended, deferred, or carried forward.
- Learners may request a transition between eligible PrepUp programs. Final approval remains at the discretion of the Program Coordinator.
- When moving to a higher-priced program, learners are required to pay only the applicable price difference between the current and target program.
- When moving to a lower-priced program, the applicable balance is converted into PrepUp Credits after deduction of a fixed administrative processing fee of ₹1,500.
- PrepUp Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be redeemed only against eligible PrepUp products or services.
- PrepUp Credits remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the original course purchase.
- All PrepUp Academy content, learning materials, assessments, methodologies, frameworks, recordings, platform resources, and related services are protected intellectual property.
- Access credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared under any circumstances.
- Credential sharing will result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.
- Reproducing, distributing, publishing, recording, reselling, or otherwise using proprietary materials without authorization is strictly prohibited and doing so can lead to legal action.
- Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, misuse, or commercial exploitation of PrepUp Academy intellectual property will be prosecuted legally.
- These requirements apply equally to learners, faculty members, contractors, consultants, and any other individual granted access to PrepUp Academy systems, content, or resources.
- PrepUp Academy provides preparation, guidance, evaluation, and academic support designed to help learners pursue their target IELTS band goals.
- PrepUp Academy guarantees ONLY the quality and delivery of its educational services, systems, and support processes. Examination outcomes remain dependent on individual learner performance.
- Candidates must execute and save their initial Free Diagnostic Test (IBET) before standard program course hours commence.
- 100% attendance across assigned expert live sessions is completely mandatory.
- All assigned modules, practice drill sets, and official mock tests must be fully executed and submitted through the PrepUp Studio interface.
- Guarantee clauses apply exclusively if the candidate falls short of their designated target score by a narrow 0.5 band margin within a single exam module.
- An officially recorded score gap of 1.0 band or wider indicates insufficient preparation adherence and compliance, invalidating performance guarantees.
- Final compliance evaluations remain at the discretion of the instructing directors based on performance activity logs.
- PrepUp Academy is committed to maintaining an accessible digital experience and follows applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards to support otherwise-abled learners.
- All services, policies, and legal documents are governed by the laws of India.
- If a legal dispute arises, it shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts operating under the Odisha High Court.
- PrepUp Studio is the dedicated learning environment that supports preparation, practice, evaluation, feedback, and progress tracking throughout a learner's journey.
- Practice activity, assessments, feedback records, and progress indicators are maintained within PrepUp Studio to help learners monitor development over time.
- PrepUp Studio may utilize AI-assisted systems to generate feedback, recommendations, performance insights, and learning support outputs.
- AI-assisted outputs are designed to support learning and preparation and do not replace professional academic judgment or guarantee examination outcomes.
- PrepUp Academy collects information necessary to deliver its educational services, including contact details, account information, academic inputs, and platform activity records.
- Information submitted through forms, assessments, applications, support requests, and learning activities may be processed to support educational delivery, platform operations, and learner support.
- PrepUp Academy utilizes reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
- PrepUp Academy does not sell or commercially distribute personal information.
- Personal information may be shared only with trusted service providers, payment processors, legal authorities, or regulatory bodies where necessary to operate services or comply with legal obligations.
- Personal information, learner records, support requests, and platform activity logs may be retained for up to twelve (12) months following the user's last recorded platform activity.
- Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
- Payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
